Learn to make kofta cream or Malai Kofta

Malai Kofta is a very famous food item, which is used in almost every place, it is very easy to make, its taste is very good;

Time to prepare: 20 minutes
Time to make: 25 minutes
Almost ready kofta: 10

Content to create:

120 g cream
70 grams lost or cottage cheese
150 ml milk
55 gms of cashew nuts
2.5 tsp white chili powder
3 tablespoon sugar
2.5 tsp grated ginger
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon slit
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tsp. Garlic crushed
1 "cinnamon
 8 cloves
10 Cardamom
Salt to taste
4 tbsp ghee



Kofta:
Lost 55 grams
55 gms cottage cheese
4 medium potatoes
25 gms of cashew nuts
25 g raisins
3-4 green chilies cut into fine
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1 tsp. Coriander chopped
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
Salt to taste
Garnish:
1 teaspoon granulated cheese
1 teaspoon chopped coriander leaves
How to make:
Koftte
Boil the potatoes and peel them and mix well.
Mix all ingredients except raisins and cashews.
Take ping-pong ball dough in hand. Place it in a flat place and keep 3-4 cashews and raisins in the center and shape it in a ball. Repeat for the remaining dough
Gravy:
Cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg and cloves all roast together.
Grind dry and put aside one side; grind all the ingredients except for ghee for a paste.
Heat ghee in the kadli, add powder spices and fry for 2-3 seconds.
Add paste and fry well for 6-7 minutes.
Take at least 2 cups of water and boil for 14 minutes.
Heat either the koftas in the oven or on the pan.
Optional:  also you can roast koftas.
Serve hot Kofta  at a casserole place or pours boiled hot juices on the cuffeta or pour .
 And use Garnish with grated cheese and chopped coriander and materials.
Serve hot with naan or paratha or rotee and rice.
